Monting Development strengthens its presence in Warsaw

Work is currently well advanced on the final concept for the new estate. Once this stage has been completed and the detailed solutions worked out, Monting Development plans to obtain the building permit by the end of 2025. Thanks to the recent purchase, the total area of the land intended for the future investment amounts to nearly 6 thousand square metres. It will be located in an excellent location, in the immediate vicinity of the ‘Imielin’ metro station, which will provide a fast and convenient connection to the city centre. Numerous kindergartens, several primary schools and general secondary schools, the district town hall and a cultural centre are also located in the neighbourhood.

Danilo Djurović, President of Monting Development, emphasises the importance of the new project: ‘The two plots of land together have great potential, which we want to fully exploit. We are currently working on finalising the concept for this development, which aims to bring a new quality to this rapidly developing part of the city. Monting Development is consistently implementing its development plans, focusing on creating residential spaces of high architectural and functional standards. At the beginning of February, the developer concluded a conditional agreement with the listed company Archicom of the Echo Investment Group to purchase a plot of land on Chłodna Street in Warsaw, where it plans to develop a luxury flat project. ‘We are actively looking for attractive land in the best locations in Warsaw and the Tricity, which will allow us to grow dynamically and create high-quality residential spaces,’ says Danilo Djurović.
