Oxygen Park with occupancy permit

Monting Development has obtained an occupancy permit for the second stage of the Oxygen Park estate being developed in Gdańsk's Łostowice district. The developer completed 124 units in two buildings six months ahead of schedule. The sale of this stage was completed before obtaining the occupancy permit, which proves the great interest in the investment.

A total of four buildings were constructed in the first two phases of the project, with a total of 238 flats and 10 commercial units. – For the construction of the second stage, we used 375 t of reinforcing steel, nearly 4,000 m3 of structural concrete, and laid 1,000 m2 of ceramic tiles on the common areas. When realising the estate, we act both as a developer and general contractor, which allows us to directly supervise the entire process. This gives us a significant advantage, resulting in the completion of the second stage as much as six months ahead of schedule,’ emphasises Michał Nadolny, director of the technical department at Monting Development.

Modern architectural concept
The Oxygen Park estate is distinguished by its modern architectural concept, which was prepared by the renowned B1 Architekci architectural studio. The concept focuses on aesthetics, functionality and living comfort for residents. The buildings with light-coloured facades, equipped with glazed balustrades and panoramic windows, provide the interiors with plenty of natural light, and the wide gaps between the four-storey buildings create a sense of space, fostering the comfort of living. -The third and largest stage of the development is currently under construction, comprising 196 flats located above a shared underground garage. Ultimately, there will be eight buildings with 434 flats in the Oxygen Park estate. When creating the concept for this development, we focused first and foremost on space – the places where residents will move and stay most often, as it is the surroundings that will have a key impact on their well-being,’ explains Danilo Djurović, CEO of Monting Development.

Diversity of housing offer
Monting Development has taken care of the diversity of the housing offer – units ranging from 32 m2 to 93 m2 are tailored for singles, couples and families with children alike. The ground floor flats have private gardens, and green areas with rain gardens have been designed around the buildings to promote water retention. The estate also features eco-friendly solutions, with 400 trees planted and energy-efficient LED lighting with motion sensors installed to reduce energy consumption and lower running costs. Oxygen Park offers many amenities – a city square with a fountain, a barbecue area, an outdoor gym, two children’s playgrounds, retail and service units and a dog run. As a result, the estate caters for the needs of different groups of residents, creating a place that is friendly to families and those who value an active lifestyle.
